Laboratories and Metrology

To ensure the standard of excellence and requirements of our processes and products, we have physical and chemical testing laboratories, where dimensional tests, mechanical analysis, and measurements are carried out through the use of updated equipment and qualified technical staff to perform processes such as: three-dimensional CNC CMM, CMM for 2D coordinates, Roughness and Profile Projector, Torque Meter, Computerized Balancing Machine, Colorimeter, Thermography, Rotating Parts Acceleration Tests, Leakage Tests, and Unbalance Measurement, among others.

 

Processes and Procedures

Sulbras's quality processes have as its main goal to raise the standards of technical requirements and customer satisfaction. To do so, it uses international standard tools: APQP, FMEA, CEP, PPAP, MSA and Audits of processes and products.

The quality and constant search for improvement of products, processes and Sulbras management can also be verified through certifications and audits from automotive customers such as VDA and certifying organizations such as IATF 16949, meeting the requirements and international standards.
